Apartments Haushammer

Our next project has begun! The renovation and remodel of the former "Haushammer", which formed part of the original factory alongside the manor house in the middle of the 19th century. This exciting project is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2023.

Inspired by a love of tradition and by the surrounding scenery, two exclusive holiday apartments are being created.

As hosts of the Wilden Wunder Card, we offer you five tastefully furnished apartments with a modern Alpine design. Each apartment is a place to feel at home and offers you the perfect retreat to relax and recharge your batteries.

The apartments have fully equipped kitchens with kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher, luxuriously equipped bathrooms with shower and bathtub, washing machine and dryer, flat-screen TV with satellite reception and free WiFi.

Each apartment has access to a storage room for skis and ski boots, baby carriages etc. and we offer a bicycle storage area with electricity access for e-bikes.

Start your day relaxed with our breakfast service or enjoy breakfast at the nearby Gasthof Scherenhammer, which is within easy walking distance.

Take advantage of the proximity to the imposing Ötscher mountain and the versatile Hochkar skiing and hiking area, which offer countless opportunities for outdoor adventures. Archery, climbing or simply exploring the fabulous region.

In the summer, picturesque mountain peaks beckon. Crystal-clear rivers and lakes invite you to go on extended hikes, refreshing swimming tours and exciting bike adventures. Explore the beautiful routes of the Erlauftal Cycle Path and the Ybbstal Cycle Path, both of which run in the immediate vicinity and are suitable for both experienced cyclists and leisurely family excursions.

In our region around the Ötscher you will find beautiful natural bathing spots such as the Lunzer See, the Erlaufsee, the Ybbs and the Erlauf, which offer perfect cooling off on hot summer days The outdoor pools in Gaming and Scheibbs also invite you to swim. For nature lovers, a refreshing dip in the Urmannsau is a real insider tip.

In the Ybbstal Alps region you will also find a variety of indoor facilities, such as the indoor pool in Gaming, the Haus der Wildnis in Lunz am See, the Ybbstaler Solebad in Göstling or the Rothschild Castle with the 5e Museum in Waidhofen/Ybbs. In winter, the surrounding ski areas turn into a paradise for winter sports enthusiasts. Perfectly groomed pistes and cross-country ski trails are waiting to be discovered by you. Enjoy the fun of skiing, snowboarding or cross-country skiing in the snow and then return to your cosy vacation apartment to enjoy the warmth and comfort of the wood-burning stove.
